The property only provided us with 4 towels when I reserved it for 7 guests. There was no enough plates, utensils and cups to use. No hand soap provided. The bedsheet was dirty and stained with red and no extra sheets provided. The bathroom has a glass wall connecting to the main room without covers or blind or curtains and you can clearly see the person taking a shower inside, no privacy at all! But otherwise, the owner is easy to talk to and was helpful to an extent. Our room was on 10th floor.

My wife and I rented a studio with a kitchenette, washer and dryer for about a month. The place was clean, quiet, highly secured. The staff was very friendly and welcoming just the way anyone would like to be treated. The view from our room was very nice, the Pasig river and the surrounding skyline very impressive. Our room included an assigned parking space. Next to the living quarters is a huge shopping mall, grocery and world class shopping and dining. Public transportation is also available. Highly recommended place stay!

I had a wonderful stay at The Alpha Suites in Makati, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The gym, swimming pool, and recreational facilities are some of the best I’ve seen—perfect for both relaxation and staying active. Everything was well organized and not overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Security was also excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, and nearby malls. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful. Overall, The Alpha Suites is an excellent choice for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone looking for comfort and quality in Makati. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
