“We had a wonderful stay at this property during out teen leadership trip. The location was convenient for our group, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The home was clean and spacious and easily accommodated our group of 17. Check in and communication with the host were smooth and straightforward throughout the process. This was a meaningful and memorable trip for our young leaders, and having a reliable and comfortable home base made all the difference. Thank you.”

“The house itself was great. I had a group of 22 adults. The house gave us plenty of space for everyone. All couples had big enough beds, the back yard was amazing and we never felt cramped. To be this glose to NYC was perfect. We took the ferry from Hoboken into the city and it was easy to uber back late night. My only complaint was the lack of info on parking. I had to ask multiple times for details. First, I was told I would get the info 3 days prior to check in. When i hadnt recieved it, I……

“The parking rules should be states before renting this unit. You are allowed 1 car but can reserve the house up to 10 people. Normally cars do not carry 10 people. Therefore common sense would dictate we may have more than one vehicle. I was told there would be parking outside and there was not. We parked about a mile away from the house and had to walk back.I was not given the code to the door or instructions on time. The beds are harder than the pavement outside. The house looks clean but go……

“I have few complaints for this property overall, but the condition of the jacuzzi raises significant concerns about how this property is cleaned between guests. There was a film of brown gunk (dirt? dead skin? who knows) covering the surface of the water and stuck to the inside of the cover. Had we not turned on our phone flashlights to take the cover off, we wouldn't have even seen it due to the lack of working lighting in that area. Luckily we noticed it before anyone got in. “Host Canceled last minute (3 hours to check in) after three days of trying to get a hold of the host. On the way home got a call that said they wouldn’t be able to host us and had to scramble last minute to find a hotel although Vrbo did refund us and give us a credit it did not cover the cost of staying somewhere else”

“There was a brief and quickly solved issue with getting into our room, but the host was kind and responded immediately. I hesitate to even mention that it occurred since it was solved easily, but want to note that he was great. The room was perfect for our trip to see Broadway shows! The penthouse was quiet and better the night we had no neighbors. A beautiful old hotel updated with a cozy bed and clean newer bathroom. ”
