“Location, location, location! Neil's place is located near everything! You can walk to the bay, restaurants and a coffee shop. Many nature hiking trails for birding close by, beaches are aand 35 mile drive to The Hearst Mansion in San Simeon. If you are a golfer, check out The Morro Bay Golf Course.
