“The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered.

“Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. ”

“The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them.

“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim.
First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you!
Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,……
