"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Our room was absolutely disgusting. Red stains on the chair and floor(also in the stairwell). The pillows were dirty, sheets and blankets were dirty, towels were dirty. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I have no idea how this hotel has 3 stars and above a 7 star rating. It was also almost $200 for the room (I've paid less and got better). I'm assuming it cost that much because of its location (it was close to Busch stadium and other places)."

"The Breakfast they served was very good and fresh. Everything about this motel was very good. I truly recommend it. We didn't use the pool, we came in too tired, it was for a 1 night stay."

"Very expensive and very very basic. Would have at least expected a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room… . Had to pay almost $10 for 2 bottles of water just to have something to drink . Valet parking was $48. Self park was $40. Pricey in addition to the $300 ish cost of the basic room. Would not go back"

"This is my second time staying here,the first time was great no complaints.this time was different.The WiFi wasn’t working we were told by the front desk it was “running slow” 2 hours later still nothing.We called a customer service number and was told to contact the front desk and they would fix it well the man behind the counter was very rude about the whole situation. The next morning I talked to a manager she was great and took care of the situation. The hotel itself was great but not so much customer service"
