"Parking was easy, but not very secure. Another guest had their car window smashed in overnight. Staff was friendly, but amenities were lacking...a hair dryer that no one seemed to know how to obtain for me. Carpeted areas definitely need to be replaced. Room was relatively clean. The path to the main entrance of the hotel had 2 syringes on the ground. I feel like this place has a lot of potential...the staff seems to care, but it has a long way to go. "

"Check-in was at 4pm. We showed up at 5:15pm and the lobby was full of angry guests. Upon checking in, we were told our room was not ready yet due to housekeeping delays. We did not get into our room until 5:50. We had all-inclusive tickets to the Cardinals game and ran about 40 minutes late getting there because the delay at the hotel check-in. Aside from that, staff was nice, room was clean and we enjoyed the stay. Just wish they could've been on time or made attempts to make it right."

"The carpet, furniture, and curtains in the room are very outdated and in need of replacement. Upon entering, we were concerned about the cleanliness of the bed; however, the sheets were very clean, and the mattress was comfortable, which was a relief. We were told the pillows were brand new, but they were extremely bulky and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, there were no alternatives available, so I had to improvise by using a towel to create a more suitable pillow to avoid neck pain. On a positive note, the towels were clean and of good quality. The carpet appears to be original from when the hotel opened around 2010 and definitely needs to be replaced. Another major issue was the noise coming through the vent. We could clearly hear conversations and other sounds from elsewhere, which made it difficult to relax. This is something we have never experienced at other hotels. The casino is fully open to smoking, which was disappointing. Other casinos typically offer non-smoking areas for guests who prefer it. Additionally, the restaurants are located within the casino, making it difficult to enjoy a meal without being exposed to smoke. On a positive note, the steakhouse was excellent—I highly recommend it. Serge, our server, provided outstanding service and made the dining experience enjoyable. Overall, while we appreciated the clean sheets and towels, everything else fell short. Unfortunately, we would not return in the future."
