“Quaint apartment with all the amenities you would need for a weekend trip.”

“Visited St Louis with hubs and kiddos in tow to appreciate the arch. Sought out this location because of the feel of home in the decor and the neighborhood. Upon visiting, my expectations were exceeded. The history of the hill, the small shops with welcoming clerks, the authentic Italian restaurants within walking distance AND the gelato shop woo-ed me and my family. We were gifted with a few rainy days which the host thought of in advance as there were books (adult and kid friendly) board games……

“Super cute and quaint and very close to several local spots in the Hill. A nice park across the street. Sofa and sofa bed not very comfy but the bed was nice. It’s the perfect space for a weekend stay! ”

“My family had such a nice stay. We were in town for a concert, and our stay was so fitting for everything we did. We loved the area, the house’s character, and all the handy accommodations. We all slept comfortably in our own spaces. If/when I return to the area, I won’t look for another place to stay; I’ll just easily book this again!”

“My husband and I stayed here while visiting some friends in St. Louis. The apartment is located above the garage but do not let that deter you. Ryan was super friendly we ran into him a few times but there was NO awkwardness or inconvenience getting to or from the apartment. The apartment was super clean and comfy and larger than expected. Kirkwood is a beautiful area, safe and very close to downtown St. Louis. Would Definitely Stay here again.”

“This location is clean, cozy, and right on the Piazza IMO. It is across the street from the church, and within easy walking distance of everything to do and see on The Hill.”

“Nice neighborhood with convenient on street parking. Excellent location with walking distance to several local eateries and Shaw Botanical Gardens. Full size bed and twin bed were comfy. Very nice stay!”

“I was a little hesitant upon arrival as the property is listed as “luxury”, however, it is an old house with all the quirks that come with an old house. That being said, the property was clean and overall enjoyable. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. We frequently saw people out walking their dogs or going for a run. Safety was my biggest concern so that was great. If you are traveling with a small child, I would suggest bringing your own pack n play as the one at the property is stained……

“Beverly and Tim were great hosts! The place is super cute, clean, and comfy. Very close to dining options and touristic places. I went with my partner to ser the Eclipse, but we were also able to walk around Saint Louis and know more about the city. If we'll come back to St. Louis, we'll definitely be in touch with then again. Very happy to have stayed there :) ”

“Centrally located to all the attractions we were going to over the weekend (Botanical G, Art & History Museums, restaurants). We were even able to walk across the street for a great bowl of Pho, when our evening plans changed. Easy check-in and we had no issues finding a space on the street for the 2nd car. Apartment was clean and there were even a few drinks in the fridge to welcome us. Good, well-equipped Gym for a morning workout and we also had fun playing "Bags" outside and "shuffleboard……

“Had a wonderful weekend get away in St. Charlies. The house was so close to main street, but far enough away not to hear the noise. The house had everything and more! The water and snacks were a nice touch. Everything was very clean. Would stay here again.”

“The cottage is immaculately furnished inside, and the bed is very comfortable. Just a very short walk to Main Street. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting St. Charles.”
