“Awesome suite with everything we needed”

“Overall, our stay at The Landings at Tres Cocos was a 10/10! We loved every part of it. Brittany and Mike were incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. They helped with booking our golf carts and excursions and it was so easy for us to go with the flow. Location is perfect with a coffee shop and supermarket right there. Coco Locos is near the property, too- awesome drinks, food, people, swim up bar, etc… We highly recommend our stay and can’t wait to come back! ”

“We had a wonderful trip and this property was amazing. We rented the entire property-3 condos which easily worked for our 17 adult guests. We used the pool, grill, the hammocks, the long dock for fishing, etcThe caretakers of the property were so helpful and very friendly. They helped make sure we enjoyed our stay and with anything we needed. The property manager helped coordinate our transfers to/from airport and golf carts. She answered our questions and communicated extremely well throughout……

“Oceanaire 8 was a delight. The unit was exactly as advertised - great views, very comfortable and well-appointed. The location was perfect and allowed easy access to both south and north parts of the island. Lori and Jim were great: they helped arrange our Tropic Air flights, weekly golf cart rental and transport from and to the airport. Lori's over communicated and left no questions unanswered. I highly recommend this property for a very nice and relaxing vacation!!”

“Gorgeous views from the property! The unit had everything we needed for the week and communication was seamless. Very careful! Two condo complexes next to each other. With VERY similar names. This one is North one more complex! Otherwise, fantastic stay. It was nice to be away from all the noise of the main town yet just a golf cart ride away if we wanted to be part of the hub bub.”

“We loved this condo and its location. We are hoping to come back next year! It was quiet, even with the construction going on next-door as you could not hear anything from inside the condo and they were very accommodating and offered the use of the other two pools on the property. We came in earlier than we thought and were met with open arms and one of the gentlemen even took our luggage to the condo. It was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home.
