“Our stay was the best stay we have had so far this property and the staff go above and beyond lots to do the food was excellent. Every time we ate definitely going back the welcome staff yanissa wa extremely helpful. I thought I had left my jewelry behind. They did everything to look for it and I felt bad come to find out. My daughter had took it to Dallas in her suitcase, but I really wanna thank them for accommodating us in every situation that we had.”

“The place was very nice, the staff was friendly, and the food was decent. If you want to explore in town, I would look for something closer to town since this place was kind of far away and it was pricey to get to the activities. But overall, a very good experience!”

“Impecable el hotel. La habitacion super limpia y todos los personales muy atentos y serviciales. El restaurante bastante bueno tambien. Lastimosamente nos toco visitarlo en epoca de mucho sargazo. El personal del hotel limpia todo el tiempo e incansablemente la playa lo cual ayuda bastante, pero igualmente en algunos momentos el olor era ligeramente molestoso a pesar de todos los esfuerzos.”

“Our experience at Zenses Hotel in Caye Caulker was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, the resort did not live up to how it is presented online. The biggest issue started before we even arrived. We were not clearly informed that after taking approximately a 1-hour water taxi from Belize City, followed by a 25-minute taxi ride from the airport to the water taxi dock, we would then need to take another water taxi from the South Caye Caulker side to the North Caye Caulker side, where the……

“Ms.Ronna was AMAZING! I was solo traveling for the first time, and she helped me to feel welcomed and safe! She was also very resourceful in regards to local restaurants, excursions, and transportation options. The views were beautiful and the atmosphere was peaceful. The room was very clean and aesthetically appealing! Will definitely be returning another time!”
