The front desk staff was welcoming even though he got swamped with bookings during the holiday weekend. Truly appreciate his work and efforts to get us checked in quickly because we had a late check in and we were antsy to get some rest. I highly recommend this hotel as it comes with breakfast and the place was very clean. We had everything we needed.

It would have been a flawless experience without the grounds keeper starting an electric leaf blower at 6:30a. They spent nearly 2 hours around the pool so it was quite a surprise when the pool was opened there was still a lot of floating debris and tree seeds on the ground. Spectacular pool by the way.

Had an great time, room was clean and free breakfast was much better than most free breakfasts.

It was very pleasant that people were great why and peaceful there was a train that you could utilize it like a sound machine worked out perfectly for us in the Jacuzzi was off the charts. Great help.

They were awesome about refunding us when the highway was shut down and we could not get there

We love staying here, love the bar and breakfast food options.

Excellent property

All was great, except paid parking. But overall the stay was reasonable.

The room was clean and comfortable!

Nice area.

The staff was very courteous and was able to check us in early. The room was spacious and clean. They had a nice gym with functioning equipment. I was very impressed with their continental breakfast as they give you vouchers to eat at their onsite restaurant. So you were able whatever breakfast meal from their menu and the food was large portions and very delicious. We know exactly where we want to stay whenever we are in flagstaff.

Great place!

Stayed the night while driving through on a road trip. It was an excellent hotel- clean, comfortable rooms, surplus of breakfast options, and decorated to look like a cozy cabin. The location was easy to find and close to everything in town.

The hotel was very busy, and we stayed there during a powerful rain/thunderstorm. The rooms were a bit smaller than normal. However, the design was well thought out and had a place for everything. It felt as if the design was leaning towards a younger crowd. I wondered if they also rented rooms out to college students attending the nearby university. Clean and primarily quiet. Convenient to several restaurants.

Very nice stay, couldn’t ask for any more.

Everything we needed. The beds were wonderful.

Quaint courtyard to relax in.

This was a very nice hotel, far nicer than others in Flag. It's walkable to dining, bars, billiards etc and the breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious and all areas were clean. The only area I would suggest improving is the customer service in the breakfast area. Both staff members were incredibly rude and one intentionally stood in front of guests (and well mannered children!) who were trying to get their breakfast with no apologies.

Always a treat. Brought my girlfriend and she loved it!!! Great service! Front desk was awesome.

Clean well kept up hotel. Easy check in, nice staff. Pool and hot tub area were in good shape as well. Quite a few people with dogs, no issues seen with cleanliness. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 15 years, always the same, well kept property. Nice job, thank you!
