She asked us several times if we had already paid and we couldn’t understand why she didn’t have access to that information. It was late, we were tired and just wanted to get to our rooms and get some rest. After finally reaching our rooms the floor was dirty and it really needs updating. I doubt very seriously we will be staying there again.
