“物超所值 ”

“Lots of choices for breakfast and was brought to your room. Received a free upgrade which was a nice surprise”

“Bellevue is a charming area. We enjoyed our stay”

“All pictures are accurate! Host replied to me fast both pre & post stay. A/C was on upon arrival so we were thankful for that! Upstairs is noticeably warmer but there are both ceiling fans & a box fan in each bedroom. I recommend this place & would stay again!”

“We were in the area for a family reunion and thought we would stay in Kentucky along the river to see the Cincinnati skyline. The walk along the Ohio River was fantastic, and the town of Bellevue is walkable, with a lot to see and do. The property is charming and just a short walk to restaurants and other amenities.”

“Absolutely terrible. Not well maintained, dirty rooms, and the staff lied to us. Expedia said they would work with the hotel manager to get our refund and were unable. I’m very disappointed with Expedia and will never stay at Comfort Suites in Cincinnati again.”

“The water didn’t get real hot, I don’t know if it was because they were sold out so the water was getting used. Also they don’t have a closed shower it was open, like they only had one piece of glass so water was getting on the floor. Other than those two things the stay was good.”

“很方便，工作人員很nice”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Wow! What a lovely new gem in our city! The interior decor has a great vibe! Please decorate my great room! Bar was cozy and had an amazing appetizer...deviled egg with chives and caviar! Wine list had very nice wines at a reasonable price! Our corner room was lovely! Bathroom huge and bed very comfortable! The only thing I missed was conditioner in the shower. I saw that they sold it downstairs, so I know they had it. Truly, a beautiful boutique hotel that my husband and I would return to……

“员工服务非常周到！”

“Breakfast was terrible. Hot items were egg whites, turkey bacon and chicken sausage. I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons and the food has always been good. The front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful and entertaining”
