“Had a fabulous stay at Cassia Hill. Had a duplex style studio overlooking the gorgeously cared for grounds (#2). The room was surrounded by huge windows to enjoy the lush trees and plants from inside. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful both before and during my stay. “This resort is a slice of paradise. The employees made it heaven. They went out of their way every day to make us feel welcomed and as a vegan, had zero issues making nearly all my meals while I was there 4 days! The resort was super quiet, blended with nature perfectly, and met every need. Must do tours are Tikal and ATM cave, but be warned ATM requires physical ability to scramble huge rocks and is not for the claustrophobic. ”

“The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable on all things Belize. The food was always delicious. Room keeping came at least twice per day and left delicious treats at night. The organic garden is beautiful and is part of the food menu!! Fresh and delicious food. We participated in the Mayan cooking class it was fantastic. We also completed the Xunantunich Historical Site tour and Cave Tubing through the hotel- excellent guide and we learned a lot about the Mayans. From the moment we arrived……
