We spent a lot of time by the pool and we stayed in a cabana which we really enjoyed. A few things we didn’t love was that you couldn’t get room service, we ordered a pizza around 7-8pm and waited for it at the bar but It took an hour. We also weren’t told that the breakfast buffet runs from 7am-10am and after that we could order from their breakfast menu. We were not fond of the breakfast buffet and would’ve preferred ordering from the menu so I do think that you should advise your guests of the times. The staff at the bar/restaurant work very hard and are very nice but they are understaffed and we would wait 30+ minutes for a drink, let alone food. Probably would not stay here again but other than those things we did enjoy it.
