“Absolutely fabulous hotel. Immaculately clean, friendly staff, great location only a few minutes walk to the beach. Loads of shops and restaurants close by and only a short walk to the main nightlife. Ample sunbeds around the pool, bar and cafe in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.”

“Muy bien. Está muy bien situado, a dos minutos del mirador. El personal muy amable, me indicó un sitio interesante para comer. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda, y muy bien de precio. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad pero suficiente, cómodo y bien de precio. No tiene vistas pero la calle a la que da no tiene tráfico y tampoco había ruido de turistas (era final de octubre). Si volviera a ir a esa zona seguramente repetiría. Solo un detalle: tiene dos accesos porque son dos edificios……

“We had a fabulous stay at Mercure Benidorm. Perfect location for us, just a short walk to the old town and the beach and a bus stop in front of the hotel. Our privilige room was very spacious with a large balcony with sun loungers and a comfy bed. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“It was an absolutely beautiful room and hotel in general. Even the lift impressed! Of particular note was the stunning rooftop pool and solarium. The bathroom/shower all high standard. Everywhere was very clean. Luxury and so quiet. Unfortunately we did not have opportunity to sample food there. Would love to stay here again There are lots of lovely restaurants in the Ondara area.”

“The hotel is situated right in the centre of the old town. It's up an incline, which can be a bit of an issue if you're not fit (or you're drunk). The room was spotless, basic, although no hot drinks station (you can get one at the bar downstairs) or ironing facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and will do anything they can to help you out. Only one power socket in the room (additional one in the bathroom), so make sure you consider this when booking.”

“Clean room, beautiful pool area, very modern hotel located ideally for both the benidorm strip as well as the old town area. Very close location to the beach. Breakfast was nice although variety could be improved. Two of our rooms had balconies with a rubbish view but had plenty of sun and the other room had little sun but overlooked the pool and had a huge corner balcony!”
