“Clean modern low cost hotel”

“Good location, staff excellent however house keeping was poor, room not cleaned only given clean towels each day for 5 days, had to ask for coffee each day although it was included in package. Dining room staff very good and food was great. Entertainment was excellent as was bar service.”

“2nd year here. Perfect apartment. Spacious, clean, modern with huge wrap around balcony. Good A/C. Views to the sea. Pool is lovely too. Best thing it’s always quiet- never full. Mobility scooter charge points x 3 at rear. Learned this year there is a free laundry room with 4 washing machines and a dryer. Took advantage of this and next year will only bring a tiny case. Only tiny improvement would be a few more umbrellas around pool would be great. Oh- great position and for older couple it’s……

“The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army). “stayed here every year for last 5 years and felt it had declined.. they have a premier check in which bring a good member i stood and waited but they ignored me and people arriving after myself were being checked in /served before myself.. why have this service?? i’d rather not have it and que with everyone one else than being ignored.. told reception but he didn’t seem bothered.. my cleaner on the 7th floor (the level) was brilliant.. friendly and attentive.. pool always beautiful.. but still……

“On arriving at the Iris,the staff were very pleasant and very helpful,i was a single traveller and offered a triple room,which was clean and well maintained,the bed was really comfy,the shower was really good,the hotel is central,it is on an incline,short stroll into town and the beach,close to all shops,bars,restaurants,dont forget you have to pay a 50euro deposit,which you get back on day you leave,The owners made my stay all the more welcoming,always smiling,nothing is to much,,just 1 small……
