“Overall the property , hotel , room were all beautiful. Our room and view were fantastic. Amenities were just right and the beach club was fantastic. Given you’re staying at the Rosewood, service was surprisingly disappointing which soured the experience somewhat (excluding restaurant staff and bellman). When interacting with some front desk staff, housekeepers and / or concierge, they were often not overly friendly and rather made it seem as you were inconveniencing them with your……

“Property sits up in hills with lots of hills and steps. This property is not for handicapped people or if you have trouble climbing hills and lots of steps. Rooms are very outdated. Needs renovation. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good. Staff was excellent in helping you for whatever you need. You need to take a taxi or public bus to get to wherever you need to go. Property is at the west end of the island about 45 minutes from airport. Closer to Royal Dockyard.”
