“Our first room had a broken tv, we had a king and was switched to a queen, we get to the room and its two double beds. I’m disabled and this is an issue for me since there was barely space between the beds and the table in the room. There was exposed wires where there should’ve been a smoke detector, mold in the fridge, exposed worded above the shower, unswept floors and that’s barely half of it. We finally got switched and the room was a queen but the toilet barely flushed, was constantly……

“It was a wonderful experience and loved everything including the best buffet/order breakfast that I have had in a hotel. Definitely staying again when I am in the area. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️”

“It was remote with very few restaurants nearby. The staff was okay but not overly friendly. I found a bug in my room and turned it into the desk person but heard nothing after that. There was no offer to change rooms nor to address the incident.”
