Excellent customer service from the hotel receptionist to the house keepers. Breakfast was okay. We reserved two double bed rooms both were very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean as well. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I enjoyed about the property was the pillows. The housekeeper was extremely nice. The hotel is old, our room have a dip in the floor like climbing up a hill 331, the doors didn’t close. Don’t get me started on the pool! The pictures are false advertisement. The breakfast was terrible.

Our floor was dirty, there were broken floor tiles throughout. None of the ice machines worked (we rerouted tried all 3). The shower pipes made a horrible screeching noise. Although it claims to be non smoking, there was a nicotine smell throughout. However, the beds were comfortable and we had a lot of space. It was worth what we paid.

We recently stayed for spring break everything was good .. breakfast was put together 6/10 .. the only thing I didn’t like is the WiFi didn’t work at all and the Pool was freezing .. but everything else was great

Elevator was broken when we first arrived. Mold on the pictures in the room and the room smelled wet. The t.v. in the room had spots on the screen. The ceiling had water spots and was split in the center. The staff was nice and parking was spacious.

The room had a wet smell like either a dirty mop or there was a leak somewhere. And a couple of the towels were dirty. Then the day I was leaving saw a bug. Then the treadmill wasn’t working. I went there for a mental healing self care day. So I wasn’t being picky about the stuff but it wasnt as good as I expected it. I stayed at other comforts and they were great no issues. This one was a first were I wasn’t fully satisfied

The rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast bar was good although I feel it could be expanded a bit for the children. There is also plenty of parking at this establishment. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable and it is in a great location. However, I feel that this hotel could use some updates to the rooms and the building itself. For example, The pool floor needs to be refinished. My kids came back to the room after swimming with blue paint chips in their hair. The elevator was closed when we checked in due to it being broken. Then, we were put on the third floor which was really inconvenient with four small kids and 6 flights of stairs to climb. Overall, I feel that the stay was a good one and I would stay again.

I loved how big and roomy my room was. Very well kept place. Comfortable room. Great breakfast. This will be my go to place to stop on my Florida to Texas trips. The room was clean when we arrived on Friday. Staff was very congenial and courteous. Breakfast foods were fresh and there was a good variety of foods to choose. Only issues I experienced was a water leak under the sink and when I requested clean towels on Saturday we did not get any that day. That evening my granddaughter went to the front desk to get clean towels.
