“Everything was nice and clean and pretty new looking. That being said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of some small things that seem unfinished around the room we had. Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. And things like the light switches need to be finished in. The tap water was safe to drink but often got cloudy so you would have to wait for……

“The room was very soacious, very clean and the views to die for. Beautiful mornings and evening views of the Caribbean Sea and the property had a hit tub and pool to boost.”

“We spent five days at Hermine's property, and we really enjoyed out stay! The place is very clean and cozy. We enjoyed having breakfast on the gazebo every morning and exploring Soufriere, Castries and nearby beaches. Hermine is a very gracious host, she was always there to help us and we felt very welcome. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!”

“Home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet. Shawn is extremely hospitable and his team made our stay very comfortable. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs as well, in the facility which was as pictured. Another highlight was the spa services offered - 10 out of 10! Definitely a great place to unwind and escape the city. Zabriko was a great restaurant recommendation for dinner, a mere 10 mins away thanks to a courtesy ride service by the villa! Thanks for a great mini break. We will……

“We enjoyed our stay at the Island Experience. The place is spacious and met our needs. The location is far from any eating etablishments and a there was limited kitchen items for cooking. It is a bit of a drive to the attractions around Soufriere.”

“Excellent host, always willing to help. House was clean will good amenities. He himself helped secure a rental car which was delivered at home. Once we were stuck in Jannette point (off road). I called him, he mentioned to put the car on all wheel drive and also said he is on his way to help. By doing what he said i was able to drive the car uphill and met him walking towards us almost at end of the road. He was patient and always helpful with a smiling face. We loved the stay. “We had arranged a paid for transfer from the airport with the host in advance of our arrival. The host had confirmed the pick up and said she'd meet us with a sign showing my name at arrivals. On arrival at the airport I sent the host an email to say we had arrived and were waiting for her, she hadn't provided a contact number. We had to wait an hour outside the airport for her to arrive as she had forgotten to pick us up! We then questioned whether or not our room was ready, as it didn’t make……

“I didn't stay at this property. I cancelled within 24 hours and they refused to refund my money. Beware!!!”
