“Erica welcomed us like family. She took our breakfast order for the next morning (multiple choices) upon check in and walked us to our room. We enjoyed a drink on the patio with excellent view. The chef made an excellent breakfast.”

“Property is dated carpet quite dirty in the bedroom and the sink in the bathroom didn’t have a plug and when you ran the water into it. it leaked onto the floor. On a positive note the staff were very good the bedding and bathroom were very clean and the sea view was amazing and yes I would stay again.”

“No onsite parking as you have to park in the 4 level parade behind the Premier inn . The lift doesn’t work to get to street level . I have mobility issues and the 8 flights of stairs ? Had to walk down the ramp with suitcase in tow hoping you don’t slip or get stuck by a car . Asked the girl at reception, she’s like , well some times it works and sometimes it doesn’t! Big help . Complained the following day-and still not working asked the guy at reception to call the city council and complain.……

“Great welcome, lovely room with luxury extras like chocolate and toiletries. Hosts were so helpful, I struggled with the heat so they ensured our room was kept cool and gave me a beach brolly to use. The location was good, not too near centre but an easy 20 minute walk to the seafront and shops. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were fab, will definitely be returning.”
