“The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River.”

Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! “I would not recommend staying at this apartment. Upon arrival. The entryway needs some cleaning carpet was dirty walking up to the unit. Inside the unit, it was not clean very well. Kitchen counters were sticky. Remote control was covered in something and you didn’t even wanna pick it up. The kitchen cabinets were completely empty. There was no pot holders. Tea towels, utensils really of any kind. There was no stock of paper towels or tissues. The coffee bar needed to be refilled and stocked,...
