The relaxing decor and calm, experienced reception of the desk staff. The cleanliness of the hotel from front desk, elevator and our room. The was well appointed from the small kitchen area, sitting. desk area, bed area and large bathroom. The room was well designed including the furniture. Noice well hardly audible with being close and easy to access major roads. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The wait staff in the area were so kind and made sure every guest had plenty to eat. All the staff from desk, wait/serving. housekeeping to the grounds keeping were friendly and helpful. They would have helpful advice and interesting bits of conversation. We will defiantly stay at the Mt. Laurel, NJ Springhill again soon.

I booked a room at this particular hotel, because I was interested in the amenities which included access to a swimming pool. When I got to the swimming pool there was a sign posted stated that the pool was temporarily closed :-(

Hotel was overall clean and quiet but the pool wasn't working and we specifically were looking for a pool!!! I had called a few days prior and was assured the pool was working and that they rarely have maintenance issues. Front desk didn't really know when it would be fixed...

Omg the customer service,the room has everything,the pool,from delicious warm breakfast, just about everything. I and my family had a pleasant time. I highly recommend this place. We were there 1/27/2023 to 1/29/2023. Will definitely visit again. Continue keeping it clean and stay positive 👍🙏
