“This is an economical/practical place to stay... more like a college dorm residence than a conventional hotel that a business traveler or tourist might expect. While the basic aesthetics were good for what it is, the general condition of the property was rough around the edges, reflecting room for improvement in upkeep and maintenance - or perhaps reflecting harder use by some longer-term residents.
Location was perfect for our particular needs, central to Cherry Hill. You will need a vehicle……

“We had an excellent stay at Riverton Estates and enjoyed the perfect holiday visit with family and friends. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen, multiple smart TVs, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was ideal — close to Philadelphia attractions and stadiums. We especially enjoyed visiting Center City for the New Year’s Day Mummers Parade, which was easy to get to from the property. “The place was listed as accommodations for 3 guests. But 2 full size beds doesn’t really accommodate 3 ppl. Also, it’s utterly without any kind of charm. ”

“This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom).
