So happily surprised by how great this hotel is. To start, check in was super easy. The room exceeded expectations. It was so spacious! Very quiet as well. A/C was perfectly set. The breakfast the next morning was top-notched. Everything was well maintained and employees were present and helpful. Would definitely stay again, and definitely recommend to friends and family. Also very conveniently located and lots of parking available.

Our room was big and clean. Area was perfect for a quick visit with our daughter. We did not eat breakfast there or use the pool. Front desk and housekeeper were friendly. Water pressure in shower was not great.

Stayed here several times before and had no problems. This time had to change rooms 3 times due to: dirty sheets, A/C not working in 2nd room, 3rd room smelled like something died in there. Staff was very helpful but very stressful to move our stuff from room to room. Breakfast was good.

Not all Hampton Inns are the same. This property was covenant for an event that I needed to attend. I am not in favor of hotels that let Dog stay. They start barking in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the staff was underwhelming. No personality, limited help. The bathroom had hair everywhere. The shower also had massive amount of mold. Again , not all Hampton Inns are the same.

Overall the hotel was properly staffed. Friendly staff. Only problem which I decided not to complain about, because we were leaving, was the last night we were there, individuals booked next to our room decided to engage in adult activities which were loud enough that woke up my daughter and myself at 3 am. Thankfully, relatives of ours were booked two rooms down from us and they left early, and we used their room to reclaim of lost time of sleep which was about an hour. Staff had good breakfast, and were friendly during all other times of interaction. Nice hotel.

Entrance from highway way not great due to road conditions but lots of parking and far enough away from the road you could not hear the traffic. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but cluttered seating arrangements. Bed and pillows were the only thing I could really think of what could’ve been improved: but I prefer a soft bed and pillows with stuffing.
