"Needed a break from the hustle a bustle of life took the family for a weekend of relaxation and that’s exactly what we got. Very nice home, fishing, people your deal with and as an added bonus Frank was a delight a true blessing of a man took time to help get us on the fish and directions for any questions we had just a good human being. Rained all weekend and we still had the time of our lives fantastic memories. We will definitely be back."

"Working in the area. It was great to be able to sit on the porch after work and read a book with no one bothering me. Going to sleep to the sounds of the river outside the window was awesome. Kitchen, bathroom, bed etc were all excellent."

"We came to the 4-corners area for a relaxing long weekend. The house is very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The game room is a nice separate space and it was nice that there is a Wii and a smart TV. The location was great, as were only 10-15 minutes from Aztec propped, Bloomfield, and Farmington. It’s only an hour from Durango too, so we spent time in all of these places. It is on a fairly busy road, but the traffic was not a bother at all."

"We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here again."

"We definitely enjoyed this property and all the amenities it had to offer. I’m sure there are a few we did not use, but the kitchen was fully equipped to cook or have a dinner for a family. "Loved everything about this stay. The house is equipped with everything you could need to be comfortable. The four bedrooms and 4 baths gave everyone the privacy they needed. "Bruce is a fantastic host and has everything taken care of to make your stay a pleasure. I fished the San Juan during my stay and it was an easy in and out from Bloomfield to the river. The place is quiet and peaceful and the bed was super comfortable. Slept like a baby with the windows open. Thanks Bruce for a great away from the Phoenix heat."

"The 3-bedroom 2-bath home was in a relatively new neighborhood. It had a large brightly lit kitchen (both by natural and interior lighting) with a door that opened to a large covered patio that faced west providing some spectacular sunsets. The kitchen door also had a doggy door and the backyard had a nice yard and gardens bordered by a 6-foot stuccoed wall; so ideal for a dog. "Since this was our first time ever to spend the night in a camper it was a learning experience, especially the toliet and shower. Tyra was extremely helpful and patient with our silly questions. It fit our needs for (2) nights just fine, but would not stay for week+ just because it's small."
