"We often have trouble finding places with enough bed space when traveling, not here, sore than enough room, all in comfortable beds. All TV’s and appliance clean and working, including BbQ grill on patio. The property is about 10 mins. from Durango and shopping, but we found that a plus. Quiet property on ranch land and we watched deer grazing in the pastures around us while we enjoyed the hot tub. Game room is a plus especially with teens along. We would definitely stay again."

"Great place and host was very accommodating. Just outside The main part of town but was able to do so much. Snowboarding a couple times, Snow mobile ride, good thai food and soaked in the hot springs (a little stinky though). Cabin had everything we needed (or could want) to make meals, coffee, etc. Beds were very cozy. Beautiful starry nights and amazing sun rises"

"Our family had an amazing time at this property! The home can be best described as having a modern, cabin feel. The home is clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The property is breathtaking! Our two young boys had a blast exploring all that nature had to offer. Our daily sightings of deer made the stay all the more endearing. Highly recommend!"

"We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is by far the best. This house is great for families that need space. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with necessities and the views are unbelievable. It’s a short drive to town and remote enough that you feel like you have gotten away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You will not regret choosing to stay here."

"Wonderful property off the beaten path. It’s in a beautiful setting with lots of privacy in the lovely Colorado pines. It was well stocked with a very comfy bed. Conveniently located between Durango and Pagosa Springs, you can quickly get to either location. We were lucky enough to wake up to a fresh snowfall in March! Overall I’d give it two thumbs up."

"This place was a great home base for activities in Pagosa, Durango, and the surrounding areas. The only missing amenity would have been a hot tub, this could really put this place over the top. As others mentioned, noise from floors above is loud, but that is part of staying in a log cabin. We got used to it by the second night and the fandeliers in the rooms help with the noise and comfort."

"Beautiful home with a crazy view that was very nice to look at in the mornings! It was nice to open the windows and enjoy the cooler weather! WiFi didn’t end up working but if you’re looking for a “off the grid” getaway it’s perfect! Cleanliness could have been more important as dishes had to be rewashed due to past food/drinks; dust and cobwebs were pretty bad. Overall a very nice honeymoon for me and my wife."

The only negative thing I could say is that the driveway was slick during times, which they had warned us about. We will definitely be coming back here with a bigger party."
