"Every staff member from valet was amazing. Southern hospitality at its best. The room was clean, spotless and comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet and it was outstanding. We also had dinner at Moss and Oak and all was fresh. I had the fish and chips. The fish crust was flakey and moist inside. Checking out was simple and easy. We will be back "

"The hotel is convenient to the shuttle to the arena. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's about a 15-minute walk to the river or $6 Lyft ride. The room had a Keurig coffee maker with Folgers pods, and a fridge. The curtains were a little old and had bare spots and in general, the room could use a good thorough cleaning. However, the bed was clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff were nice and accommodating. For the price, the room should be cleaner and nicer."
