“Had a wonderful stay. Near Forsyth and Kroger. Clean, comfortable, quiet :-)”

“Very charming place in a great location. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all amenities. The host was responsive and accommodating. Truly felt like a vacation thanks to this spot!”

“A little loud with outside noise on main street side.”

“Very cute place, nice living area. Easy to access”

“There is parking for 3 vehicles if they are not very large SUV’s or trucks. The deck area in the back is nice, but small, and sits next to the AC units. We might not have explored enough to understand the “artsy” part of the area.”

“LOVED this rental, it was clean, super cool temperature, spacious and very close to everything. The hosts had excellent communication and take very good care of the property. Will for sure rent again.”

“The unit, the host and the setting were stellar. The only negative was from VRBO who touted onsite parking whereas reality was metered parking nearby which is dependent on time of day. Having said that loading and unloading is a breeze with the factors walk "alley" and the walk, no matter how far you have to walk is beautiful.”

“The place was clean, and the location was perfect! We walked comfortably around the city, were right next to so many restaurants and coffee shops, and had the best view of the live oaks eating breakfast every morning!”

“This place was in an excellent location. Easily accessible to all the locations. Very clean and up to date! Would stay again!”

“Nice property … parking was wonky but we made the most of it! EV charger was a huge plus ”

“Place is great but needs maintenance. Dryer vent was clogged. Ac vent was clogged. No curtains on the window in the master bedroom. But otherwise great place and location. We loved Savannah”

“My team was in town for work, and I had to book this last minute. I reached out to the host, and he helped me tremendously book this- same day! He was very responsive and helpful!! This is a great host, and I recommend. The property was also perfectly equipped for a nice week-long stay. The check-in process was very easy! If the occasion arises again, I would book this again! Thank you, I appreciate it.”

“The property was a great location, the common area was small for the amount of people we had.”

“Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is perfect for exploring all of historic downtown, whether you’re wanting to shop along Broughton, check out River Street, or hop on a trolley to visit the squares. The listing was just as described, clean, comfortable, and great communication from the host. The building itself was not without its quirks (namely a dicey elevator, haha), but that’s to be expected in an older building. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Property very clean. Great location and safe. Bedroom walls are thin and most street noise and traffic was clearly audible at all hours of the night. Other than that excellent place.”
