“Clean room, noisy corridors, terrible service getting towels, coffee, and toilet paper. Rooftop restaurant is now very poor quality and very loud. Valet is expensive and VERY slow and uncoordinated. Surprise destination fee that gives NOTHING in return. Very disappointed with this once beautiful property.”

“I didn't like that rooftop barn restaurant was not open till 5 PM. I really miss having a pool. We stayed at your Nashville!!!! location and the pool was fabulous Fabulous.”
