Pool areas were nice and clean. The bed linens / sheets/blankets were clean but the whole room floor didnt look or feel like they were swept or mopped and 1st room smelled of mildew...BAD! (We had 2 separate rooms and both in same shape with dirty rollout.
Hallways were not vacuumed often.. rollout bed was soooo dirty and mattress was a brownish dirty tint. Not clean at all. We saw roaches.. Elevator was down had to use the "service" Elevator that was disgusting and felt very unsafe and creepy. The balcony severely loose, afraid to go too close to it and balocony looks to be falling apart. Staff was AMAZING AND SUPPORTIVE at check in and through out the stay. There were several drunk obnoxious people in the hallway, not getting along, and then first responders ended up showing up for an emergency with intoxicated person. Not a very friendly family environment.
