“Friendly hosts and breakfast was very good everyday ”

“A little gem at a very reasonable price. Large, clean, quiet and very well equipped rooms with stove, fridge and microwave. Large comfortable bed with clean sheets. Great location for Brenham, Burton, Roundtop and vicinity. Simple breakfast is just toast, cereal, muffins and fruit but it’s included in the price. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. ”

Night staffer, Mariah, was incredible friendly, professional and most accommodating (as was daytime mgr). The room was very well appointed including full sz good quality hair and bath products, anundant towels and paper products, hair dryer, etc. Private coffee pot (w/sundrys, microwave, fridge and lg flat sceen TV, microwave and fridge. Some items were accessories were "dated"……
