Large, clean, quiet and very well equipped rooms with stove, fridge and microwave. Large comfortable bed with clean sheets. Great location for Brenham, Burton, Roundtop and vicinity. Simple breakfast is just toast, cereal, muffins and fruit but it’s included in the price. The rooms were spacious. One had a King and a Double bed along with a kitchenette! And still had room to move. Not as clean as it could have been but I carry cleaning wipes so we took care of it! Bed was comfortable. We found coffee from the previous guest in the coffee maker. Large holes in the ceiling of the bathroom at the vent fan. Carpet needed to be cleaned and everything needed a wipe down. Large TV. Larger fridge and freezer. Microwave worked! Plenty of chairs for seating. Hot water and great water pressure. Friendly staff and ownership. Checked in on us for extra towels.
