“Property was in exceptional condition and very well appointed with amenities. We especially loved the small but shaded beach platform with chaise chairs for reading by the water. The pool was so refreshing, and we all loved the private and communal outdoor showers. The kayaks were a great way to skim out over the water to see the dozens of sea turtles in our little cove. The kitchen was very well equipped and we also enjoyed the grill feature by the pool. A beautiful and comfortable setting for……

“My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and……

“The space, the pool, the amenities are all amazing; however, there is an insect issue. I am waiting to see if it is in fact bedbugs but definitely something is there on the couch and in the hammock. The couch appeared dingy and I was reluctant to watch tv on it; however, I thought it would be fine based on the reviews; however, I have bites, yes 3 in a row, on my legs, shoulders, and chest in spite of wearing long sleeves. I felt itchy but I blew it off as the fabric, do not blow it off. ……

“The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”
