“The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. “We are kiters so it is a fantastic location. Right on the Beach. The only AC is in the bedroom which worked great for sleeping but this means the rest of the house has no AC so keep the windows open. The screens need fixing and not all the windows will open because they are old and broken. Everything else worked in the house. Good water pressure in the shower too. If you are fine with the humidity and breeze you will be ok. I think the sofa is a pull out but I wouldn't make anyone sleep on it……
