“We came to the Deerfield Beach area to visit family and this villa was absolutely perfect place to have as our home base. The location is excellent and we walked to the beach and intercoastal in minutes. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated and the yard was spectacular and like a sanctuary. There was a sunken hot tub and tiki bar and lush tropical gardens and it was all private. The center tree was to attract butterflies and it was filled with butterflies. It created a magical place……

“Our family of 6 (3 adults and 3 middle school age kids) had a great stay here. The listing details are spot on. The house is really well stocked with everything a vacation rental should have (plus LOTS of towels, beach chairs, etc.) It’s a quick drive to Deerfield Beach. We really enjoyed grilling out one evening by the pool. And as a special touch, there were fresh flowers and cookies on the coffee table when we checked in. Highly recommend for your family.”

“Lovely house and pool, very clean and taken care of, but the best is the vibe, there's some peaceful and relaxing vibe that creates a nice environment to forget all troubles. The pool is excellent and private, heated, good size and depth, easy access and accessed from the bedroom. The parking is directly and close to the house, the bedroom tv is was renewed. “We were staying next door at another rental and in the arra for my elderly father”s doctor appointments. Luckily Dan”s place was available. He was so nice to let is check im a few hours early which helped with the cold items we had in the fridge from the previous stay. The place suited our needs. He has everything you need The area is so close to the beach. We’ll likely rent again and next time bring our 2 small dogs.”

“We were in Deerfield/Boca for a family wedding at a nearby resort. It was so nice to have a quiet landing spot. It was really HOT and the pool was perfect for relaxing and staying COOL! We gathered nightly (and daily) in the tiki hut to recap and nightcap. The home is very well located - close to the beach, walking distance to great dining, restful peace and quiet at the pool or on the dock/canal. Ubers always readily available due to proximity to Deerfield and Boca Raton. I really appreciated……

In addition, the property manager was extremely accommodating. The residence was clean, private, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Highly Recommend!”
