“A Stay in Paradise! We could not have been happier with our stay. The area is safe. The location is perfect to get to any of the major roadways and most important/tourist locations within 30 minutes. Any extra shopping needs are less than 15 minutes away. Everything on the property worked perfect. The bed was comfortable, the AC was quick to cool, the kitchen has anything you may need, and the bathroom is a nice size. “Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

“The host was responsive during the stay. There was an issue with the hot tub that was resolved. The outdoor furniture was left uncovered which made it almost impossible to sit on because it was always dirty and wet. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Temps got cold and thermostat was locked for a couple of days so we had ac on when we needed heat. Then it warmed up and we needed the air back. I wish we had full control the whole time.
