“酒店環境非常乾淨，房間亦很大，家電設施一應俱全。只是我們洗澡後可能煙霧觸動了警報器，整夜都發出嗶嗶聲，而且小孩洗澡中途突然中斷了熱水供應，令我們一家都非常不便。 我們有嘗試聯繫工作人員，他們都很快回應，但由於語言不通關係，無法即時對話，之後靠電郵聯溝通，但始終未能解鎖警報器誤鳴及熱水供應問題。 若非是次意外，住宿整體都非常好，性價比高，地點亦很近海地獄一帶，是個很好的住宿選擇。”

“家族で素泊まり目的で利用しました。 宿泊者にはコーヒーサービスやアメニティなど幅広く無料で利用できるサービスがとても良かった。 チェックイン時がフロント横にある端末にてチェックインなのですが分からない事などスタッフの方が丁寧に教えて下さって助かりました。 施設自体は少し古いかと思いますが、それも長年頑張ってこられた証と思うと不満だと感じませんでした。 大浴場も宿泊期間中は何度でも利用できるとの事で有難いサービスでした。 浴場は少し老朽化してるところもありますが私自身としては気にならない程度でした。 のんびりとお湯に浸かる事が出来ました。 朝食付きで宿泊しましたが、内容も申し分ないです。 妻、子供共に満足致しました。 また、ご縁があれば宿泊したいと思います。 ホテルの方々には感謝しております。 大変、お世話になりました。 有難うございました。”
