“En general un buen hotel, amenidades buenas pero no tiene restaurante para lunch o dinner, tuvimos una mal experiencia en el check out porque solicité late check out y nunca fue anotado muy malo ”

“Great onsen hotel near the Beppu station. No shoes allowed in the hotel which is unique. 7 private onsens plus public baths were available. Free ramen is provided for supper. There’s massage chairs available for use too. Very comfortable stay except light in room is by sensor which is rather annoying. But all in all, still enjoyed my stay and will look to stay here if I ever come back”

“The service here is so good and thoughtful, I cannot emphasize how impressed we were. The staff helped us store our baggage before check in and figure out how to get the baggage to the train station. We were provided a variety of complimentary gifts, and a map of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, and the private baths were a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area.”

“駅前で交通の便は良く、チェックイン&アウトはスタッフと絡みはなく完了。朝食時には元気良く挨拶してくれたのは良かったです。コロナの時にいろいろなドーミインに泊まりましたが、その時に比べると朝食の品数は少なく感じました。温泉県であるのでどのドーミインよりも大浴場は良かったです。”

“部屋から見える別府湾がとても綺麗でゆっくりくつろげました。お風呂も源泉かけ流しで満足です。 ただ、朝お風呂に入ったら海に漁船らしきものがホテルの近くにおりプライバシー面で気になりました。”

“This is a beautiful property located just outside of the town of Yufuin. The service was great and the food was wonderful. We enjoyed soaking in the outdoor spa while viewing the scenery around us. The hotel shuttle from the train station was not very convenient with only one small bus per hour and reservations required in advance. We opted to take a taxi which was under US$10 and very easy. We stayed two nights and spent much of the middle day walking around the town. Highly recommend.”
