“We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. “The room was fine, clean enough. The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again.”

“Ray and Angela were awesome hosts. They were very friendly and made us feel at home. My husband and I really enjoyed our time there.The cabin was beautiful and really clean. It is pet friendly and our fur baby loved it. The fishing is good too. Across the water from where we were was Goat Island and lots of people stopped by to visit the goats. They offer both paddle boat and kayak rental. They have drinks and fishing bait for sale. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back……
