“The hotel is situated in a lovely, tree-lined area of Montgomery that is easy to access and quiet. Our room was commodious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet offer many excellent choices, including all the ingredients for a fruit parfait. However...our room did not have a blackout curtain. The staff came up and helped us to clamp together the side drapes to block the light so we could sleep. The toilet roll holder came apart when I tried to draw paper from the roll, and the……

“Our stay would have been nice. We stopped over to get done rest before we get to Destin,FL. HOWEVER, we are very frustrated that we have to go down 3 times!!! A couple of them in the middle of the night because of the FIRE ALARM going off. The sad part too is there was not even a slight of an apology from the staff or any form of concern of the guests being inconvenient.”

“This chain is consistent and simple. If I’m in the area for a night or two this is a go to place. The rooms are small but I’m not spending a week here. Everything is clean and appears new. Not too many amenities but for a couple days they are perfect for a small family or traveling alone. I will continue to use this chain as a reliable place to stay. This particular place has a very friendly staff that was able to answer questions about the area and guide us to a great place to eat.”

“The room was dirty hair was in the shower the dispenser was empty in shower I asked to be moved they claimed it was sold out breakfast was cold no waffles or pancakes was available and th black front service desk lady was rude”

“This place was absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed. It’s disgusting and it’s in a horrible area. We didn’t feel safe at all. The pictures online are false in how it makes it look. People were screaming and running down the halls all hours of the night. Some drugged out dude was jumping in front of cars in the parking lot trying to scam people for money. Do not stay here.”
