Rustic villa in the countryside. Excellent for families. Our guests have the opportunity to pick fruit and vegetables from BIO 'kitchen garden and cook.
The villa also has a spacious outdoor barbecue, fully equipped indoor kitchen, pizza oven, umbrellas, sofas, children's games, pay TV. The bed linen and towels are included in the price ....

Niice property but needs a great deal of up grades

All the furniture needs to be replaced and the shrubbery on the patio needs trimming back. My sisters bathroom had a broken toilet seat but never got fixed after the owner said someone would fix it.

Disappointing

The house was clean and has a wonderful view BUT - we never saw Nicolo. He barely answered our messages. The person who did welcome us was 30 minutes late.No explanation. Nicolo didn't talk about this delay. - Two chairs had a big hole : when you seat, you can fall inside.- There was a leak in the kitchen. When we sent a message to Nicolo, he answered the day after to ask us at 8.30 am to open the door to the plumber.-Some window handles remain in your hand... - At the arrival, at 8pm, a sunday : no toilet paper. No answer from Nicolo... As a summary it has been a well place but is no longer maintained, and not worth the price, by far.

Très bon séjour

Niccolo était malade et n'a pas pu nous accueillir lui-même. Quelqu'un l'a fait à sa place. L'accès à la maison se fait par une petite route étroite et très pentue, heureusement pas trop longue. Peu habitué au début, nous étions plus à l'aise après quelques jours. La maison est très spacieuse, bien équipée, conforme aux photos, il y a la climatisation dans les chambres et le salon. Il y a 3 chambres (6 personnes) dans la maison principale et une autre chambre (2 à 4 personnes) avec salle de bain dans la dépendance en face (mais moins confortable). Nous avons trouvé l'endroit bien situé pour visiter la région.

Great host and beautiful view

This a convenient spot for people who want to get outside of the airport on our way to Western/south western Sicily! Niccolo was a thoughtful host, communicated ahead of time, and met us at a spot that was easy to find, so he could lead us to lead us to the house. I hadn’t driven in Italy before, so I had trouble getting the car into reverse, but Niccolò helped by giving me ‘driving lessons’ on the spot (hint: pull up on the gear shift to put it into reverse). He also gave us a list of Supermarkets in the area and made sure we were comfortable! Really appreciate all he did- and of course loved the views from his house during the day & especially at sunset!

Vacation Retreat

My adult children, and wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Nicolo's retreat overlooking the beautiful Castellemmare del Golfo. We returned to my home town of Borgetto for a wedding. Nicolo was very responsive and took great care in ensuring we had everything we needed. He was kind to see that we had plenty of fresh fruit and breakfast goodies upon our arrival. The home is a traditional and comfortable with an expansive terrace to take in beautiful sunsets. The home is located in quiet corner of Sicily but is close to a variety of tourist sites: Palermo city center, Monreale, Mondello, Scopello, Segesta, and the archeological site of Monte Jato.

Cetait une superbe maison avec un magnifique panorama sur la mer..

la maison a tout un arriere jardin qui donne sur la montagne et une terrasse qui donne une vue panaromique sur la mer.dans le jardin ilya des orangiers qui donnaient des parfums celestes.On a eu vraiment un contact fantastique avec le plus grand ile de la Mediterranee grace a cette maison pittoresque
