“Friendly and helpful staff”

“Oh my - this place is AWESOME. Close to the airport with free shuttle service. Staff and Owners are super nice and beyond accomidating. We were upgraded without asking. Owner is also a chef who cooked up some awesine lasagne for dinner for us. Great pool, a billiard table and tons of private seating areas in the garden. Can’t go wrong here.”

“This was an actual working Agritourismo farm. The meals were excellent. Their wines are outstanding ( made on the property). Rooms are excellent! We will return!”

“Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.”

“The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Either turn off……

“The Modello Glam Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend it to all travelers. I want to highlight the excellent staff and the service they provided. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. They were willing to accommodate their guests at any time and this was consistent throughout our stay. Our hotel room was beautiful and we paid for the sea view room which was spectacular. I would have rated this hotel 5 stars if not for our hotel room bathroom. There were……

“It's a basic 3 star hotel located in the hills, price performance is good but room is not comfortable. More or less a motel.”

“It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.”
