“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

When I enquire whether there was any problem for the electricity in the hotel, the staff said that it was normal and the electricity was stable. The staff eventually arranged another bedroom to us. However, the bedroom was found very dirty with insect inside. The hair dryer was terribly dusty with hair.
