“Staff were impeccable. Food excellent. Whole standard of the place was top class. Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. ”

“Very convenient to go to city centre, Very nice Breakfast. Space & comfortable room . Just the bath tub & Wash Basin were not draining as fast as usually do , perhasp it's clogging.... We would like to live in again for next trip . ”

“Good: 10 mins. walk to Leeds Station. Check in fast. Room: spacious and neat. Wifi: OK average. Breakfast: various choices. Bad: the pressure of the shower is weak. cannot figure out how to turn on the top shower even tried many times, which the instruction is not clear enough. Bedsheet: some marks, which is not clean enough.”

“This hotel is a WOW!!!! Looks beautiful, is beautiful. Fabulous Victorian architecture. Weve never stayed before, and I booked due to seeing it has been refurbished, and the reviews are so good. We booked a standard room, it was clean, fresh, quiet. Lots of complimentary extras in the room, which has far exceeded anywhere else we've stayed at. Breakfast fabulous. Would highly recommend . Fabulous!!!!”
