“The staff were very welcoming and the bar was very busy, which we thought was a good sign. The food in the restaurant was exceptional as was the breakfast. Room was also lovely and comfy”

“Friendly staff, room cleaned daily with fresh towels and toilet paper. Free breakfast included. Seven rooms and only 4 ish parking bays on the property, however there is a street nearby without yellow lines. Great place for a short stay.”

“Booked here as a stopover on the way to Thoresby hall from Scotland as it was only a short drive off the motorway. We booked bed and breakfast at a very good price and we also had an evening meal. Both meals were great and the room even had an air con unit which was fantastic in the hot weather. The place was great value for money and we will certainly be back, can't thank the staff enough who were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Well done and we hope to be back soon.”

“A lovely friendly welcome from Michael at reception. All the staff were great. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The fan was a definite bonus in the hot weather although the room stayed fairly shaded too. There was some traffic noise but it didn't disrupt my sleep at all (room 16). The cooked breakfast was tasty and piping hot and and you could alter any items you wanted; really set you up for the day ahead. I found walking along the busy road, to the bus stop, with no……

“The Hotel went the extra mile it was my wife 60th Birthday on the 7 July .The hotel up upgraded my room to house they done it up for my wife special birthday everything was immaculous fist class.The staff were only to happy to help 24/7. The Breakfast excellent top quality food plenty of choice. I Booked a spa for my wife for the 8th July it was more than exception.”
