“Excellent value. Clean room. Did not see how to turn off the air, so I had to unplug it. Staff was very helpful at breakfast. Breakfast was good. Guest with dirty boots tracked a lot of dirt in the morning.”

“When we checked in, they said "no smoking and if you do, you will be fined $250." We do not smoke, but when we walked into our room, it smelled of smoke. I went to open the window (ground floor) and there were numerous cigarette butts outside the window, sitting there in the dirt. I told one of the house cleaners, as well as the front desk, and they both just shrugged their shoulders. As our stay continued (second of three nights), our room started to smell of sewage. “Not a bad hotel but if tied up some of the cosmetic features would give it 5. Just can tell it has been around for awhile. Lots of weeds in landscaping area but nice having an attached restaurant. Breakfast was very good.”
