“空调太冷了，调29度也很冷，也没有多余的被子。免费早餐一般。总体对三星来说，无功无过。”

“Very good”

“This is an old hotel but very well maintained. The breakfasts are amazing. The rooms are cleaned every day and the staff is SUPER friendly, this hotel is family owned and the owner bends over backwards to please his clients in every way possible. My family and friends had a great time and the train station is very near.”

“The staff is terrific, super helpful and the restaurant is wonderful”

“Very traditional Italian seaside hotel, in a great location next to the Bay de Silencio. Very attentive service and staff, great breakfast options and generous rooms. Sestre Levante is close to the villages in Cinque Terra but has a completely different feel, more Italian tourists seem to stay here and it has great restaurant options. Of the various Ligurian seaside towns we have visited we like this place probably the best.”

“Thank you so much for”

“Very nice classic hotel, great staff, great location, 2 min to restaurant and shopping, love the place and would go back.”

“Convenient location Clean facilities”

“Molto caratteristico, una mensola in più e un armadio, non sarebbero stati male.Il proprietario ti fa' sentire a casa.”

“Beautiful room, excellent location.”

“Superbe semaine à Rapallo, emplacement au top près de la gare, de la plage et du centre. Le personnel est accueillant , agréable et à notre écoute, Très bon petit déjeuner . Merci à Enio et Claudia pour leurs conseils.”

“Everything is absolutely perfect & beautiful. It’s my 2nd time to stay there. I can only say everyone would love there, when they have stayed there for once. For those who love art pieces, I guarantee that having a stay there would escalate your interest to the hotel. I do love there, and I will be back again soon. ”

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups, only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”
