“Great location with ocean view. Just by the ferry terminal. Easy to commute to Seattle.”

“the front desk charged me for a larger room, saying the rooms we booked were all full (?), then got aggressive when questioned. the rooms themselves were dirty, with toilet paper stuffed into a hole in the bathroom wall, streaky paint, and stained comforters. additionally, we had to call three numbers listed on the front door to get service, and when we finally got someone to answer, they were extremely unprofessional and asked several very personal questions. we would absolutely avoid this……

“Convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are excellent and well maintained. A very walkable location.”

“The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.”

“1.住三晚卻從來沒有來整理房間 2.一開始房間有霉味，後來有要求換房間，換成2大床不加價，還不錯 3.咖啡供應不足，常常需要反映 4.位於交流道旁，旁邊有加油站，DQ餐廳，對面有超市，滿方便的 ”

“Enjoyed my stay.”

“This place was so cute and comfortable, and the location was perfect & close to everything we needed. Communication was great, and check in was super easy. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit!”

“Good breakfast. The fire alarm called at night. We still have a nice stay.”

“good”

“Airport shuttle is very convenient which is available every 30 minutes.”

“房间清洁还不错，稍微有点小，没有微波炉，早餐太简单了，咖啡加蛋糕”

“地點非常好，房間乾淨，服務很好很親切。只是周邊環境很令人不舒服，流浪漢很多，走在街上挺有壓力的，傍晚過後更是不敢出外，所以無法感受西雅圖的夜間活動。”

“The hotel has some quirky features like giving you free bicycle rental and unlimited coffee in your room. But the rooms are a bit dated, especially the shower (which is just a wall mounted spout, no handheld, and no shower curtain). Location is great though and staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive.”
