“The listing was misleading. It was not a "new" apartment, it was a basement suite in an older house that was poorly renovated 10 years ago with no working AC and hard twin mattresses. That being said, if you don't mind squeaky loud footsteps from the tenants above, the place was clean enough with decent parking and a good view.”
