Brackendale Vacations from $749

Stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise in Vancouver. Hotel is located right downtown. Very modern clean and professional. Our room is tastefully decorated, but we found a layout a bit strange. There was only one armchair and it was located behind the giant TV next to the bathtub. The only way to watch was from the guest chair or in bed or furniture rearranging . The bed was extremely comfortable and there was an espresso machine for coffee. Because our room was on floor five, we had a limited view. I’m sure a higher view room, would allow for a view of the Vancouver skyline.

Needed a hairbrush or comb was not available. Phonr didn’t work in the room struggled with it. Staff was difficult to communicate to.

The apartment looked brand new, modern and spotless! All the furnishings, bedding etc were excellent. There is a security number to use which makes the whole block secure. You can't get in, use the lift or get into the apartment without a code. It is a stroll away from Chinatown train station which is easy to use to get you to other parts of the city if you don't want to walk. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, checking to see if we were happy with everything. A bonus of complimentary 2 cans of beer to watch the world cup!
