“The room is not that clean at all! The first day after checking in found out that the room was with some bugs even clawing on the bathing towels inside the toilet. Room is switched after that incident! The last night we ask the front desk if we can check out late (original check out time was 12PM) a staff told us that no need to inform them if it is before 1PM. End up when I was back to the hotel at 12:30PM and found out that the room key no longer be valid. We told the front desk staff and she……

“I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, and one of the staff members was quite rude and unhelpful. When we first arrived, we were given a room in the ADU unit that was in very poor condition. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, did not appear to have been cleaned properly, and the toilet was not functioning correctly.
